Development
Eagle Nest leads ground‑up retail and land development, as well as adaptive reuse projects that reposition underperforming real estate into modern, income‑producing assets. From early entitlement and master planning through design, construction, and lease‑up, we manage the full development lifecycle with an owner’s mindset.
Investments
We pursue value‑add and opportunistic acquisitions in retail, land, and adaptive reuse assets, with a focus on cash‑flow durability and long‑term upside. Our team sources proprietary deals, leads due diligence, and manages business plans from conception through disposition alongside our capital partners.
Consulting
We advise developers, occupiers, and investors on market strategy, site selection, capital planning, and execution for retail, land, and adaptive reuse/value‑add projects. Engagements range from one‑off feasibility studies to acting as an embedded development and investment advisor for growth‑minded platforms.
